Regardless of whether you are one of its fans, or you are just about to try it for the first time, it is certain that it will take you on a sumptuous journey into the world of authentic Japanese cuisine, which turns carefully combined ingredients into a perfect harmony of irresistible bites.

 

Basically, sushi consists of two basic parts – shari and neta. Shari is cooked and cooled rice with rice vinegar, while neta includes various additives, among which we usually find raw fish or seafood, but also fruits, vegetables, as well as various sauces and toppings.

Maki

 

 

Serving size: 6 pieces

 

Rolls wrapped in nori – pressed seaweed that thus holds the structure of sharia (rice) together with one food – tuna, salmon, avocado, gambori, cucumber or surimi. Each of the maki rolls is cut into six pieces and has its own distinctive taste, thanks to which they are one of the most popular types of sushi.

Futo maki rolls are the largest rolls that, like maki rolls, are wrapped with pressed seaweed on the outside, but with more ingredients inside the roll itself. They are characterized by sumptuous and harmonious aromas, which are due to specially selected ingredients.

The basis of this sushi is maki rolls without a membrane made of pressed seaweed, which can be made with fillings of salmon, tuna, surimi, gambora, as well as various types of fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as dairy products such as cheese.
