Weekend inspiration for Veal in Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 6 veal cutlets
  • 200 g cooked rice
  • 100 g flour
  • 30 g butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons ground red paprika
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper

Mix flour and red paprika, then coat veal cutlets in the mixture.

Melt butter over medium heat and fry the cutlets for 10 minutes, until browned on each side.

Remove them to a plate. In the same pan, add finely chopped onion, garlic, mustard, and grated carrot. Sauté for a few minutes, return the cutlets to the pan, and let them absorb the flavors.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with cooked rice.
