Veal Cutlets in Mushroom Sauce – Weekend Inspiration

Ingredients:

 

  • 5 kg veal cutlets
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

 

Season the veal cutlets with salt and pepper, and fry them in hot oil. For the sauce, sauté the chopped onion and add the cleaned mushrooms. Once they release their liquid, add the flour, stir, and pour the milk. Cook for a few minutes, add the cream, stir, and remove from heat. Pour the sauce over the cutlets, and enjoy!
