Weekend Inspiration: Salmon in White Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 800 g salmon fillet
  • 500 ml cooking cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 5 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • ½ tbsp turmeric
  • 200 g rice

Cook the rice in 400 ml of salted water. Arrange the salmon fillets in a pan greased with olive oil, then mix all the ingredients and pour the prepared sauce over the fish. Bake for about 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 220°C. Serve the rice and salmon in white sauce with a fine glass of white wine.
