Weekend Inspiration: Blueberry Pie

Ingredients:

2 pastry sheets

100 g blueberries

1 tablespoon ground biscuits

1 tablespoon ground walnuts

2 tablespoons sugar

cinnamon

oil

Brush the first pastry sheet with oil, place the second one on top and lightly brush again. Spread the ground biscuits and walnuts in the center, then add the blueberries, sugar, and a pinch of cinnamon. Roll up the pie, brush the outside with oil, and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes. Serve with a scoop of ice cream. Enjoy!
