Weekend Inspiration: Chicken in Gorgonzola Sauce

Ingredients:
400 g chicken breast
40 g butter
200 g gorgonzola cheese
200 ml cooking cream
nutmeg
salt and pepper
Melt the butter over low heat, then add the chicken cut into small pieces and sauté until golden. Add the crumbled gorgonzola and stir gently until the cheese melts. Pour in the cooking cream, season, and cook for a few minutes until the sauce becomes creamy. Serve with pasta.
