Weekend inspiration: sweet and spicy wings with sweet potato and Brussels sprouts

Ingredients:
chicken wings
sweet potato
Brussels sprouts
2 tbsp agave syrup
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
5 tbsp olive oil
chili powder
black pepper
salt
Wash the sweet potato, pierce it with a fork in several places, and bake at 200°C for 45 minutes. Add the Brussels sprouts to the oven and bake them together with the sweet potato for 25 minutes.
Coat the chicken wings with a mixture of agave syrup, apple cider vinegar and chilli powder, then bake them alongside the vegetables for 20 minutes.
Cut the roasted sweet potato in half, then fill it with Brussels sprouts. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and serve the sweet potato alongside the wings.
