Weekend Inspiration: Baked Salmon Steaks with Orange

Ingredients:
1 kg salmon steaks
1 lime
1 orange
½ teaspoon brown sugar
mix of fish seasoning
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
1 teaspoon coarse salt
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Place the salmon steaks on a baking tray and drizzle them with lime juice. Sprinkle with brown sugar and fish seasoning, then leave to marinate for 30 minutes. Slice the orange into thin rounds and arrange them over the salmon. Sprinkle with caraway seeds and coarse salt. Drizzle everything with olive oil and bake for 25 minutes at 200°C. Serve with boiled potatoes, rice or a fresh salad.
