Weekend Inspiration for Feta Pasta with Salmon and Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients:

1 salmon fillet

250 g penne pasta

250 g feta cheese

1.5 cups cherry tomatoes

olive oil

garlic powder

smoked ground paprika

dried parsley

salt

pepper

Place the salmon, feta cheese, and cherry tomatoes in an oiled baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C. Mash the salmon, feta cheese, and tomatoes into a creamy sauce. Add dried parsley and a little olive oil. Stir in the cooked pasta and add a little pasta cooking water.
