JUICY ROASTED TURKEY BREAST WITH CHEESE

Weekend Inspiration for a Healthy and Tasty Meal

Turkey meat is not only very healthy but also incredibly tasty, and this recipe is quick and easy. Prepare the perfect meal for your loved ones.

Ingredients:

500 g of turkey breast
200 g of Provolone Mandarino Zanetti cheese
200 ml of sour cream
100 ml of cooking cream
1 egg
2 tablespoons of parsley
Oil
Salt
Pepper

Preparation:

Cut the turkey breast into smaller pieces, beat, and rub with salt and pepper.

Fry them on each side in heated oil.

Arrange a row of turkey, a row of cheese, a row of turkey, a row of cheese in an ovenproof bowl. For the most part, the cheese should be on top until you use up the turkey.

Mix the egg, sour cream, and cooking cream. Add 2 spoons of parsley and other spices of your choice, and pour over the turkey and cheese, similar to moussaka.
