Ingredients:
- 2 cups of arugula
- 3 cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 teaspoon of honey

Preparation:
Cut the tomatoes in half and dice the cucumber. Pour the quinoa into a deep dish, then add the chopped vegetables and arugula. Next, mix all the ingredients for the dressing and pour it over the salad.
Detox Salad with Swiss Chard
Ingredients:
- 100g young Swiss chard
- 1 orange
- 1/2 cup crushed almonds
- 1 apple, diced
- 20g pomegranate berries
- A handful of black grapes
For the Dressing:
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation:
Cut the Swiss chard into strips. Dice the apple and peel the orange, separating it into slices. In a large bowl, mix the Swiss chard, diced apple, orange slices, crushed almonds, pomegranate berries, and black grapes. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and olive oil to create the dressing. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine the flavors.
