Veal with Honey Glaze

We have selected a recipe that combines juicy veal with the mild and sweet taste of honey. Preparing this specialty is simple, but the result is extraordinary—juicy and aromatic meat that melts in your mouth!


  • 600 g of veal
  • Three tablespoons of olive oil
  • Two cloves of garlic
  • Three tablespoons of honey
  • One tablespoon of soy sauce
  • One tablespoon of mustard
  • One tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh rosemary
  • One red onion


Mix olive oil, finely chopped garlic, honey, soy sauce, mustard, herbs, and lemon juice in a large bowl. Coat the veal and let it rest for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Then, heat some olive oil in a pan and briefly sauté the red onion. Remove the meat from the marinade, add to the pan with the sautéed onion, and cook it evenly on each side until it becomes golden brown. Once the veal is done, set it aside while you prepare the sauce. In the pan, heat the remaining marinade with a tablespoon of honey, stirring gently until it thickens and has a smooth texture. Pour over the veal while it’s still warm, and serve with sides of your choice – like mashed potatoes and a salad of fresh vegetables.
