Grilled salmon fillets

We have selected a recipe that will satisfy everyone’s appetite, combining the simplicity of preparation with extraordinary flavors – grilled salmon fillet with roasted potatoes.


  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 6 potatoes
  • cherry tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • fresh herbs
  • lemon
  • salt and pepper

Wash the potatoes and place them in a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30-40 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the salmon fillets by seasoning them with salt and pepper, and brushing them with olive oil and lemon juice. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and grill the fillets evenly on each side, for about 10 minutes.

Before serving, garnish with fresh herbs and cherry tomatoes.

To complement your gastronomic experience, we recommend pairing the salmon with a dry white wine of moderate acidity, such as Sauvignon Blanc.
