Ingredients:
- 400g milk or dark chocolate
- 200g pistachio cream
- 150g kadaif
- 30g butter
Melt the chocolate and coat a silicone mold or a muffin tin lined with baking paper. Crush the kadaif and mix it with the melted butter, then bake until golden and crispy. In another bowl, heat the pistachio cream and combine it with the kadaif. Fill the chocolate-coated mold with the prepared mixture, cover with more chocolate, and place it in the fridge to set.
