For the base:
- 300 g ground biscuits
- 100 g ground walnuts
- 80 g sugar
- 150 g butter
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 100 ml milk
For the cream:
- 500 g chestnut puree
- 100 g butter
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon rum
Additionally:
- 500 ml whipping cream
- 4 teaspoons powdered sugar
Mix the ground biscuits, walnuts, and sugar. Add the melted chocolate and butter, then combine everything well. Grease a round cake tin with a thin layer of butter and press the prepared mixture into the bottom. Place it in the fridge while you prepare the cream. In a separate bowl, mix the butter and powdered sugar. Add the chestnut puree and mix until smooth. Spread the chestnut cream over the base and return it to the fridge. Whip the cream with the powdered sugar until stiff peaks form, then spread it over the chestnut layer. Sprinkle with grated chocolate, and enjoy this perfect dessert!
