Weekend Inspiration for Ribeye steak with oyster mushrooms and potato patties

Ingredients:

  • 700 g beef ribeye steak
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 200 g oyster mushrooms
  • 30 g butter
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 100 ml cooking cream
  • parsley, salt, and pepper

 

Season the ribeye steak with olive oil, let it rest, and then grill it. Grate the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, shape into small patties, and fry in heated oil. Slice the onion and oyster mushrooms and sauté them in melted butter with a pinch of salt and pepper. Once the mushrooms release their juices, add halved cherry tomatoes. Toward the end, stir in the cream and chopped parsley, and let it simmer for a few more minutes. Enjoy!
