Weekend Inspiration for Hadžijski Ćevap

Ingredients:
- 500 g of boneless veal
- 200 g of mushrooms
- 500 ml of broth
- 2 potatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 carrot
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- 1 tablespoon of celery
- 1 tablespoon of ajvar
- salt and pepper
Clean and dice the meat and vegetables. Sauté the onion and garlic with the meat, then gradually add the rest of the vegetables while slowly pouring in the broth. Add ajvar, stir, and season with salt and pepper. Place a ladleful of the prepared mixture onto baking paper, wrap it, and tie the ends. Arrange the wrapped portions in a baking dish and pour in a cup of water. Bake for 20-30 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C. Serve directly with the baking paper on a plate and enjoy!
