Weekend Inspiration for Smash Burger Tacos

Ingredients:

  • tortillas
  • 300 g of ground meat
  • Cheddar cheese
  • lettuce
  • pickles
  • mayonnaise
  • ketchup
  • apple cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper

 

Mix the seasoned meat thoroughly and divide it into 8 balls. Place the meatballs on a grill pan and sear them on all sides. Press each meatball down with a tortilla to form a burger shape. Cook the meat for another 2-3 minutes. Flip the burgers to the side with the tortillas and briefly cook. Place a slice of cheese on each burger and cover the pan to help the cheese melt. Once the burgers are ready, add lettuce, pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup, and a splash of apple cider vinegar. Fold the tortilla and enjoy!
