Weekend Inspiration for Beef Stak with Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 800 g beef round
  • 400 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 150 ml Alfacinha white wine
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper

 

Cook the pasta. Clean and slice the meat into steaks, and season with salt and pepper. Sear the beef until lightly browned, then set it aside. In the same pan, sauté the onion for 2 minutes. Add a splash of water and the mushrooms, then let it simmer for 10 minutes. Pour in the wine and return the meat to the pan, season, and let it simmer for about 30 minutes. Add butter and mustard, stir well, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley, and serve with pasta.
