Weeknd Inspiration for Salmon Fillets with Mustard and Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 400 g salmon fillets
  • 2 table spoons olive oil
  • 15 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 120 ml cooking cream
  • 150 ml water
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

 

Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then cook the fillets in a hot pan with olive oil for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove the salmon and add butter and mustard, cooking cream, and water to the pan. Once the mixture boils, leave it on the heat for another 2 minutes, then add parsley and the salmon fillets. Stir and cook for a few more minutes. Enjoy!
