Weekend Inspiration for Shrimp in White Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 400 g shrimp
  • 500 g Granoro pasta
  • 200 ml white wine
  • 200 ml cooking cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • olive oil

Preparation:

Cook the pasta. Sauté the red and garlic onion in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add the cleaned shrimp and a little water. Once the water evaporates, pour the white wine, stir, and simmer over low heat. When the shrimp becomes tender, add the cooking cream and seasonings, then cook for another 10 minutes. Combine with the pasta and enjoy!
