Weekend Inspiration for Gnocchi with Chicken

Ingredients:
- 500 g gnocchi
- 800 g canned tomatoes
- 230 g mozzarella
- chicken breast
- ¼ cup flour
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 8 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon ground paprika
- 60 g parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- fresh basil leaves
- salt and a little sugar
Slice the chicken breast into fillets. Season with salt and evenly coat with flour. Fry them in heated olive oil until golden brown, then set aside. Add garlic and paprika to the pan and sauté for about a minute. Add the canned tomatoes, a little salt and sugar, stir well, and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the gnocchi and cook, stirring constantly until they soften, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Arrange the chicken over the gnocchi in the sauce, sprinkle with parmesan and mozzarella, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 5 to 8 minutes. Before serving, top with fresh basil leaves.
