Weekend Inspiration for Squid Stuffed with Cured Meat

Ingredients:
- 1 kg squid
- 100 ml white wine
- 500 g spinach
- garlic
- 300 g Gouda cheese
- olive oil
- parsley
- 200 g cured meat
Finely chop the squid tentacles and sauté them in olive oil. Add the wine and let it simmer until it evaporates. In another pot, briefly blanch the spinach, then chop it and mix it with the tentacles, along with garlic and parsley. Sauté everything together for about 2 minutes. Cut the cheese into sticks and wrap them with cured meat. Stuff the squid with the cheese sticks and the prepared spinach and tentacle filling, then secure them with toothpicks. Grill on a pan for about 15 minutes and serve with potato salad and a glass of white wine.
