Weekend Inspiration for Veal Medallions with Mushrooms

Ingredients:
- veal round
- 200 g mushrooms
- 5 g butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 sage leaves
- cooking cream
- mustard
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Cut the veal round into medallions, then sear them for 3 minutes in preheated olive oil, along with butter and sage leaves. Once the meat is cooked, set it aside. In the same pan, add chopped mushrooms and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until they release their liquid. Add a teaspoon of mustard, salt, pepper, garlic, and cooking cream. Let it simmer for a few more minutes, then pour the prepared sauce over the medallions.
