Weekend Inspiration for Ašćikaduna’s Stuffed Pancakes

Ingredients:

For the pancakes:

  • 300 g flour
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • 300 ml sparkling water
  • olive oil

For the filling:

  • 400 g chicken
  • 200 g Travnik cheese
  • 150 g kaymak
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper

For the topping:

  • 150 ml sour cream
  • 1 egg yolk

 

Prepare the batter and cook the pancakes. Boil the chicken, cut it into thin strips, and mix it with crumbled Travnik cheese and kaymak. Add the egg, salt, and pepper, and mix well. Spread the prepared filling over the pancakes, roll them up, and pour over a mixture of sour cream, egg yolk, and salt. Bake briefly in the oven at 180°C.
