Weekend Inspiration for Puff Pastry Quiche with Feta and Spinach

Ingredients:

  • 250 g frozen puff pastry
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 300 ml milk
  • 200 g fresh spinach
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • olive oil
  • salt

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Whisk the eggs and milk together, then add chopped spinach, crumbled feta, and oregano. Mix well and season with salt. Roll out the pastry, brush it lightly with olive oil, add the prepared filling, and bake for about 40 minutes.
