Weekend Inspiration for Tuna Tortillas

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of corn
  • 4 tablespoons of pickles, finely chopped
  • 500 g of tuna in brine
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1½ tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 200 g of Greek yogurt
  • juice of half a lemon
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tortillas
  • green lettuce

 

Combine the corn, finely chopped pickles, tuna, parsley, mustard, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Heat the tortillas in a dry pan for 30 seconds on each side, then add green lettuce, two tablespoons of the prepared filling and roll them up.
