Weekend Inspiration for Sicilian Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:
- 250 g chicken breast fillet
- 200 g tagliatelle pasta
- 100 ml white wine
- 50 g sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- olive oil
- 1 chili pepper
- 150 ml cooking cream
- 1 leek
- 30 g butter
- salt
Cook the tagliatelle. Season the chicken, slice it into strips, and sauté in a bit of olive oil until golden brown. Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes and garlic, cook briefly, then pour in the wine. Finely slice the leek and sauté it separately. Add the chopped chili pepper, cooking cream, salt, butter, and leek to the chicken. Stir well, add the cooked pasta, and combine everything.
