Weekend Inspiration for Beef Steak with Mushroom Risotto

Ingredients:
- 600 g of beef
- 100 g of Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of wheat flour
- 100 g of breadcrumbs
- 300 g of rice
- 100 ml of white wine
- 30 ml of olive oil
- salt and pepper

Season the meat. In a pan, sauté the rice in butter, then deglaze with white wine. Once the wine has evaporated, pour boiling water over the rice. In a separate preheated pan, sauté the chopped mushrooms until tender, then add them to the rice along with some butter and stir well. Dredge the beef in flour, then dip it into beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs. Fry the breaded beef in hot olive oil until golden brown. Remove and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Serve hot with a glass of wine and enjoy!
