Chicken and Mushroom Moussaka

Ingredients:
- 600 g potatoes
- 230 g chicken fillet
- 200 g chopped mushrooms
- 200 ml cooking cream
- ⅔ red onion
- 1 bunch chopped parsley
- a little flour
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Slice the potatoes thinly and boil them. Cut the chicken into cubes, season it, and coat it in flour, then sauté in a bit of oil until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the pan, then add the onion and mushrooms. Cook until the liquid evaporates, add the parsley, and sauté briefly. Pour in the cooking cream, stir, and remove from heat. Grease a heat-resistant baking dish with olive oil, then layer the ingredients as follows: a layer of potatoes, a layer of chicken, and a layer of mushrooms with the sauce. Bake for 20 minutes.
