Ingredients:
For the meat:
500 g ground beef
1 red onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
salt and pepper
For the filling:
tortillas
cheddar cheese
lettuce
tomato
avocado
sour cream
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Briefly sauté the finely chopped red onion, then add the garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the ground beef, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring, for about 10 minutes until the meat is browned.
Warm the tortillas briefly, then place a portion of the prepared meat on each one. Add grated cheddar, chopped lettuce, tomato, and avocado. Finish with a spoonful of sour cream. Roll up the tortillas and serve while warm.
