Weekend inspiration: Pasta with Tuna and Salsa

Ingredients:
300 g pasta
1 red onion
1 clove garlic
olive oil
1 can tuna
250 ml tomato purée
salt and pepper
parsley, rosemary, and basil
parmesan

Cook the pasta. In a pan, sauté finely chopped red onion in olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and when softened add the garlic. Stir in the drained tuna, pour over the tomato purée, and season with parsley, basil, and rosemary. Mix with the cooked pasta and sprinkle with parmesan before serving.
