Weekend inspiration for spaghetti aglio e olio

Ingredients:

400 g spaghetti

4 cloves garlic

240 ml olive oil

1 chili pepper

parsley

salt

Heat the olive oil over low heat, then gently fry the finely chopped garlic and chilli pepper. Add a little pasta cooking water, then add the cooked and drained spaghetti. Mix well so all the ingredients come together. At the end, add the parsley and serve while warm.
