Weekend Inspiration: Tuna Steak with Tahini-Soy Glaze

Ingredients:
2 tuna steaks
2 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 clove of garlic
juice of half a lime
1 tablespoon olive oil
spring onion
salt and pepper
Mix the tahini, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, and finely chopped garlic. Season the tuna steaks with pepper, coat them with half of the prepared marinade, and let them rest for 15 minutes. Sear the tuna over high heat for 2 minutes on each side. Toward the end of cooking, brush the tuna with the remaining marinade and briefly caramelize it in the pan. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and finely chopped spring onion.
