- 220g of Vivani cooking chocolate
- 250g of butter
- 4 eggs
- 160g of sugar
- 120g of flour
- Häagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream
Melt the butter and chocolate together using a double boiler.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until well combined, then add the flour and mix the two mixtures together.
Pour the mixture into muffin tins that have been greased with butter. Place the tins in an oven preheated to 250°C and bake for 5-6 minutes, adjusting the time based on your oven’s strength.
Serve the soufflés warm, each topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
