We bring you a recipe for turkey mlinci…


  • 500 g of mlinci
  • 500 g of turkey
  • 500 ml of cooking cream
  • 400 g of sour cream
  • 300 g of cheese
  • 4 teaspoons of Vegeta
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt


Cut the turkey meat into cubes and sauté in moderately heated oil until the meat turns golden brown.

In a bowl, combine the cooking cream, sour cream, Vegeta, and pepper, and mix thoroughly.

In a large pot, bring water to a boil, add salt, and briefly blanch a portion of the mlinci. Remove them with a slotted French spoon and place them in a fireproof dish previously greased with oil.

Pour the prepared sauce over the mlinci, add the turkey meat, and grate 100 g of cheese. Repeat the process until you have used all the remaining mlinci.

Finally, pour the remaining sauce over the last layer of mlinci and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.

Once baked, take them out of the oven and allow them to cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
