WEEKEND INSPIRATION FOR THE PREPARATION OF SEA BASS

Enjoy fish specialties this weekend! We bring you inspiration for a simple sea bass preparation…

Ingredients:

  • 2 sea bass
  • Colorful pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • Some parsley

Preparation:

Salt the cleaned fish inside and out. Place it in a pan on baking paper, drizzle with olive oil, and add other spices as desired. Bake until done. For the side dish, we used potatoes boiled in salted water, but you can choose your preferred side dish. 😊

Marinade:

Combine chopped garlic, parsley leaves, a pinch of salt with lemon juice. Add pepper if you like. When the fish is baked, top it with the marinade and lemon.
