This weekend, make lasagna!

Enjoy an Italian specialty this weekend. We bring you a quick and easy recipe for delicious lasagna.


  • 1 package of lasagna
  • 400 g of tomato sauce
  • 1 red onion
  • 100 g of butter
  • 4 dl of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 200 g of mozzarella
  • 400 g of ground beef
  • Oil
  • Basil, oregano, mixed spices, pepper

To start, prepare the red sauce: Cut the red onion and sauté it in oil. Add the ground beef and tomato sauce. Season with oregano, basil, and a spice mix to your taste. Simmer over moderate heat until everything is well combined. Allow it to cool.

Next, prepare the second sauce, which is the béchamel: Melt 100 g of butter in a small saucepan. Add flour and cook until it turns golden brown. Gradually pour in the milk and stir until it thickens. Season to taste.

After you have prepared both sauces, you can move on to assembling the lasagna: Coat a rectangular baking dish with béchamel sauce. Layer the lasagna sheets and coat them with the red sauce. Add mozzarella rings. Repeat the process until you have used up all the ingredients. The final layer of the lasagna should be red sauce and mozzarella rings. Bake at 220°C until the noodles are soft.
