Ravioli in white sauce

Components:

  • 500 g of ravioli pasta
  • 200 g Trappist cheese
  • 200 ml of cooking cream
  • 20 g of butter
  • 20 g of flour
  • pepper

Preparation:

Pour water into the pot, add a little salt, and when the water boils, pour in the ravioli and cook for six to eight minutes. Put the butter in a heated pan, let it melt, then mix in the flour, salt, and pepper and mix well. When the flour starts to change color, pour in the cooking cream and grated Trappist, then cook everything together until it boils. Pour the resulting sauce over the ravioli, garnish with a freshly chopped parsley leaf, and serve.
