Weekend inspiration for Cannelloni with Swiss chard and goat cheese

200 g Swiss chard
500 g goat cheese
One clove of garlic
pinch of nutmeg
olive oil
200 g cannelloni
50 g grated Parmesan cheese
500 ml cooking cream
salt and pepper


Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. While the oven is heating, briefly blanch the Swiss chard and finely chop it. Mix the Swiss chard with the goat cheese and add nutmeg, finely chopped garlic, and basil. Fill the cannelloni with the prepared mixture and place them in a baking dish previously greased with olive oil. Pour over everything with cooking cream seasoned with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake for about 45 minutes at 200 °C.
