Weekend Inspiration for a Tuna and Avocado Salad

Three tablespoons of Terra Creta olive oil
Two tablespoons of lemon juice
¼ teaspoon of salt
Two avocados
As do Mar tuna
One chopped cucumber
200 g of feta cheese
Chopped almonds
Chopped olives
Fresh parsley

Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Then add the avocado and mix well. Add the tuna, lettuce, cucumber, feta, almonds, olives, and parsley to the avocado mixture and gently toss to combine. Serve the salad immediately or let it sit in the refrigerator for up to 1 hour.
