Sea Bream Fillet on Sweet Potato Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg sea bream
  • olive oil
  • 100 ml white wine
  • garlic
  • salt
  • sweet potato
  • 50 ml cooking cream

Clean, dry, and fillet the sea bream. Cut the sweet potato into smaller pieces and cook in salted boiling water for 15 minutes. Sauté the garlic in heated olive oil until fragrant, then remove it from the pan and cook the fish fillets skin-side down. Season with salt and pour in the white wine, then cover and let it simmer on low heat for 12 to 15 minutes. Drain the cooked sweet potato and blend it with salt and cooking cream until smooth. Serve the fillets on the sweet potato cream, and enjoy!
