This weekend, our inspiration takes us to Italy…
Yes, you guessed it – we’re bringing you a pizza recipe!
For the dough, start by stirring the yeast in a little warm water, adding sugar, and allowing it to rest for about 5 minutes in a warm place.
This time, try using special pizza flour, such as Stagioni Pizza Napoletana Rossa. Take our word for it – you’ll notice the difference!
Add salt, oil, and yeast mixture to the flour. While gradually adding warm water, knead the dough until it becomes soft. Let it rest in a warm place until it doubles in size (approximately 30 minutes).
Ingredients:
- Dry beef, Simonini Bresaola
- Parmesan cheese
- Tomato pizza sauce with MUTTI spices
- 100 g of sliced mushrooms
- 100 g of crumbled mozzarella
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Heat a baking sheet and roll out the pizza dough onto it.
Add the beef and mushrooms, and generously sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, and enjoy an authentic Italian pizza!
