Red Trout Fillet

We bring you inspiration for a quick, tasty, and healthy meal. This weekend, the red trout fillet is on the menu, waiting for you at Marindvor Gastro Market, in the heart of the city!


  • 2 red trout fillets
  • 8 black olives
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Basil leaves
  • Salt
  • Pepper


First, heat the oven to 180°C. In the meantime, place the trout fillets on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. If desired, season with pepper and salt.

Cut the lemon and cherry tomatoes into slices. Spread them evenly over the fish along with the olives and basil leaves. Brush with extra virgin Clemente olive oil and bake for about 20 minutes.

Serve alone or with potatoes and enjoy! 😊
