Tasty and Juicy Beef Rump Steak

Beef rump steak is a specialty that needs to be properly prepared. Both a good marinade and the baking time are important.

  • 2 beef rump steaks
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • a little chopped rosemary
  • salt
  • pepper


Half an hour before preparation, take the rump steak out of the refrigerator and let it stand at room temperature.

Make a marinade of olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Rub it well into the rump steak and let it stand for about 20 minutes.

Heat the pan well and cook the meat for about 4 minutes on each side. Adjust the cooking time to your own preference, depending on whether you want a rare, medium, or well-done rump steak.

Take it out of the pan and let it rest for at least 10 minutes before serving.
