Weekend inspiration for an Italian dessert that is ready in 15 minutes.
- 5 eggs
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- 500 g of mascarpone cheese
- 250 ml of sweet cream
- 2 packages of ladyfingers
- Nescafé coffee
- 3 spoons of cherry brandy liqueur
Boil coffee with sugar as desired in 1/2 liter of water and let it cool, then add 3 spoons of cherry brandy liqueur and mix.
Mix the egg yolks with powdered sugar and let it steam for about 15-20 minutes until it thickens. When it cools down, add mascarpone cheese and egg whites and beat. Whip the sweet cream separately and add it to the previously prepared mixture and beat again with a mixer to combine.
Ladyfingers should be dipped in coffee and placed on a tray. After that, add the filling, then again the soaked ladyfingers and the rest of the filling. Finally, sprinkle everything with cocoa powder and enjoy.
