Tortillas with Tuna and Avocado

Weekend inspiration for a quick and easy meal.

Ingredients:

  • Whole wheat tortillas
  • Tuna in olive oil
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 2 carrots
  • 50 g of mixed salad
  • Salt and pepper

 

Preparation:

Peel and grate the carrots, and cut the cherry tomatoes into small pieces. Peel the avocado, remove the stone, and slice it.

Heat a pan and place one tortilla at a time. Fry them without oil for about 30 seconds on both sides, then remove from the pan.

Spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise on each tortilla, then add avocado slices and drained tuna. Garnish with cherry tomatoes, carrots, and salad.

Season with a few drops of lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and a little more pepper. Roll up the tortillas, ensuring none of the filling leaks out. Briefly heat in a pan, cut in half, and serve.
