Weekend Inspiration: Veal Cutlets in Sauce

Ingredients:

6 veal cutlets

300 g cavatappi pasta

1 red onion

2 cloves of garlic

1 carrot

100 ml tomato passata

olive oil

ground red paprika

1 bay leaf

fresh parsley

pepper

salt

Season the veal cutlets, then fry them on both sides until golden brown. In the same oil, sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic. Add the carrot cut into small cubes, a little ground red paprika, and the bay leaf. Stir everything well, then pour in the tomato passata. Cook for 7 minutes, then return the cutlets to the pan, cover, and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes. Finally, add the parsley and serve with pasta.
